Overview

Worthing Theatres and Museum is a unique arts and heritage charity consisting of four theatres, a cinema, a museum and gallery all positioned within the heart of the town of Worthing in West Sussex. The large portfolio of venues; Connaught Theatre, Studio and Cinema, Pavilion Theatre, Assembly Hall and Worthing Museum and Art Gallery bring the very best theatre, music, dance, exhibitions, film and education opportunities to the community.


What I Did

Since it's creation in 2019 I held a senior management role leading marketing, design & digital and fundraising departments. Devising strategies, driving growth and diversification of audiences, developing brand and profile, regionally and nationally, securing income through fundraising and cultivating support for philanthropic giving. 


Results

As senior team created WTM as registered charity Nov 2019. Led campaign largest grossing pantomime to date Dec 2019. Devised and launched WTM brand identity Mar 2020.Launched first crowdfunder raising 19.2k Nov 2020Led 'We are Worthing' and reopening plan Apr 2021, securing coverage from BBC Sussex and BBC South today.Devised 'What If' campaign for creative futures fundraisier Sept 2022.
